How we use what you tell us

Rangefinder is run by Ballista. The scan answers are stored against an anonymous session so you can leave and come back. Nothing about you personally is recorded until you ask for a copy of your scan or for the calibrated analysis report.

When you do, we keep your name, company and email address, the answers you gave, and the documents we produce from them. We use them to send you what you asked for, to answer any reply you send, and to get in touch about your results, which may include a follow-up from Ballista. We do not sell them or pass them to anyone else.

Anonymous scan answers are kept indefinitely and used in aggregate to understand where AI pays off in operations like yours; they cannot be traced to you. Your personal details are kept for as long as Ballista may be in contact with you about your results.

To have your details removed at any time, email hello@rangefinder-ai.com from the address you gave and we will delete them.
